Congratulations to the Xcel Energy Fort St. Vrain eagles! Their second egg hatched at 12:34PM MT - 14 hours and 51 seconds after the first! Bald eagles aren't described as delaying incubation in the literature, but they will spend time off their 1st egg, weather and temperature permitting. It was warm and dry enough here, so we have what fans call 'twins' as a result!
